What do you feel exactly. If you only feel weakness, it may be because of weakness in muscles and ligaments. Fillings in the teeth dnt make you feel weakness in bones. Usually composite fillings are hard. U just take care while brushing without applying too much pressure at that area.

If your cavity is deep. Glass ionomer filling is good.
For mild cavity composite is good.
