Whey or any other fat burner cannot reduce chest fat.
You cannot target an isolated body part by using a specific food item.
You need to work on overall weight loss and toning of the body.
Also whey or any other protein supplement is to be included in your diet only if your needs are high ie if your exercise intensity is good. Just taking a supplement randomly will not help.

in the mrng u can take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp alsi powder or 1/2 tsp methidana powder ..... don't do too much gap in meals .... take 4-5 meals in day .... take atleast 12 glass of water .... take high protein... moderate sodium ....adequte calorie low fat n high fiber diet
