Hi Amit , Hearing a cracking or popping in the shoulder can be unsettling. However, unless it accompanies pain, swelling, or other symptoms, joint cracking and popping are generally harmless. Cracking, clicking, and popping sounds are quite common in the joints. Doctors refer to this as crepitus.

Hi Lybrate user, you can visit physiotherapy center where ultrasound therapy ,transcutaneous electrical stimulation and laser can be used for improving the healing process and reducing pain in case of gout.

Raise your injured leg and rest it against the wall next to the door frame. Keep your leg as straight as possible. You should feel a stretch in the back of your thigh.
