If you are not suffering from some allergy or asthma then it's because of some psychological issue. Detail discussion and evaluation needed to confirm the diagnosis and accordingly treatment can be suggested. Don't worry it easily treatable with some counseling and medication. For weight loss, it is good but if you are doing workouts, it is not desirable. Can try for some time. Better options are:
Step 1. Avoid packed food like bread, biscuits, namkeen, wafers, soft drinks, juices, cakes, ice-creams etc. Also avoid all bread based foods like burgers, sandwich, pizza etc.
Step 2. Have at least 2 fruits and 1 plate of salads every day.
Step 3. Workout for at least 30 mins daily.

Do exercise daily. Take hot water whole day. Don't skip your Breakfast and meals. Have small and frequent meals. Take high protein diet and high fiber foods.
