Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. You have to increase your food intake; follow 5 time small meal pattern. Start taking bananas, mangoes+ 1 glass milk+ protein supplement, 4-5 almonds. Follow healthy food options to increase weight ; avoid junk. Even these are supplements with lots of preservatives & additives. Consider having milkshake, homemade wheat malt, premix that can be added to milk. Add milk powder too to further increase protein content. Take chenna, sprouts chat, besan chila, dhokla, egg, mango/ banana lassi, dalia moong dal khichdi, atta besan/ wheat-soya roti too.

Got ur pain n concern, though its unfortunate but common too.
its nothing about how much u eat its all about how u digest n utilise for body/muscles building,
there are so many conditions to be screened like thyroid n chronic infections like tonsillitis or TB,
ur food n hunger sleep n work pattern yeah masturbation too if u engage into.

Protein X is one of the oldest protein brand in India which is very cheap and it contains high sugar and carbs as well and if I talk about whey protein which is high in protein and less in carbs and sugar.
