Even these are supplements with lots of preservatives & additives. Consider having milkshake, homemade wheat malt, premix that can be added to milk. Add milk powder too to further increase protein content. Take chenna, sprouts chat, besan chila, dhokla, egg, mango/ banana lassi, dalia moong dal khichdi, atta besan/ wheat-soya roti too.

Protein X is one of the oldest protein brand in India which is very cheap and it contains high sugar and carbs as well and if I talk about whey protein which is high in protein and less in carbs and sugar.
