Kindly consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated. Can't say you will be needing antidepressants from the available information. Activity scheduling and increasing coping strategies would help. If there are other symptoms as well, antidepressants may be considered. Good luck.

Dear user do not worry when there is will there is a way out kindly get back with few more details that I need to ask in order to help out with medication apart from this you need to get me your bp and blood biochemistry reports handy for better way out with treatment.
