If you're taking a shower to help you sleep, the temperature matters. Experts recommend that a lukewarm shower 60 to 90 minutes before bed is best. While cold and hot showers have their own benefits, they're not ideal for sleep. A cold shower stimulates your mind and body (the opposite of what you want before bed).

Dear user, you do not require any tablets. Eat healthy and have lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat more citrus fruits. More importantly stay home unless there is an emergency. The next couple of weeks are very important and only we can prevent casualties. Follow strict covid protocol when going out. Good luck.

If dosage is not reduced then TSH is likely to go down to wards hyperthyroidism levels. Since her TSH has gone < 0.1 mU/L, there is a need to reduce the dosage initially by...more

Do kegel exercises-- firstly, find the pelvic floor muscles. You can achieve this by stopping mid-stream two or three times the next time you urinate. The muscles you can feel working during this process are the pelvic floor muscles, and they will be the focus of kegel exercises.
One kegel exercise consists of tightening and holding these muscles for 5 seconds and then releasing them. Try to do between 10 and 20 repetitions each day. This may not be possible when you first start doing the ex...more

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
It's most commonly seen in women aged 20 to 50. It usually causes high temperature and pain in the neck, jaw or ear. The thyroid gland can also release too much thyroid hormone into the blood (thyrotoxicosis), leading to symptoms of an overactive thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism). These symptoms settle after a few days.
