I am suffering from epididymitis or may be I do not know exactly but my doctor said so. I have this scrotum which is larger than the other one and the doctor gave me medicines for a week and told me to wear a length or a supporter and after a week there was relief in the pain but the scrotum is as it was before. I have rad many problems regarding scrotum lyk testicles torsion nd what not. I just wanna get it treated. Please help me.

First of all get an ultrasound scrotum done, epidedimytis takes time to cured so wait, proper treatment follows according to report. Keep using supporter.

I have irregularly frequent pain in the scrotum. I can feel a slightly hard and painful mass over the testis around the epididymal area. Left mass is smaller and softer. Sometimes the mass turns really hard and painful. I have seen a ufologist and got a plain ultrasound done. He diagnosed it as an epididymis cyst and gave me the appropriate antibiotics. The pain was relieved, in the sense it is still felt but isn't as severe as before. I wanted to make sure that it's not related to prostate cancer as I sometimes have sharp pains which feel like radiating from the prostate. Or when my rectum is full before defecating, it's just uneasy. I have talked this to the urologist, but he talked it off saying prostate cancer isn't probable at this age which I know is true. But still have doubts about it. And I guess being paranoid about this affecting my fertility is lame, but I want to make sure that this doesn't affect.

prostate cancer affects males after age 50. Also it affects a small number of males. Scrotal swelling has no relation to prostate.
There are a thousand things you can worry about if you really want to.
Epididymal cysts should be left alone unless infected, till your family is complete.

I am having a mild and constant pain in medial compartment of thigh (groin) from more than 4 days .It gets worsen during early morning time. I am having frequent urinations and it comes with slightly yellowish pink. Note 1.I already affected with epididymitis orchitis 1 year before. 2.i got urinary infection 7 months before. What is the cause for this. I'm again and again getting problems on my testicles and urinary track. I have scanned my testicles ,the scan shows the functions are normal. I am so much worried about my body.

Do not worry, as usg reports are normal, this symptoms may be due to inflammation of internal parts, take anti inflammatory medicines for some days, proper under garments, warm water for drinking, avoid masturbation, sex for some days. Best luck.

Sir. Is consuming of ashwagandha can cause any side effects in future. I have pain in my testis. While searching in net it comes to know epididymal hyper tension or blue ball problem is there any natural remedies for that.

natural home remedy using watermelon seeds and cuscus powder: 1. Take 1 tsp of dried watermelon seeds
2. Add 1 tsp of cuscus powder
3. Crush the mixture
4. Have this once in the morning and the evening

I have been diagnosed with epididymitis with reactive varicose in my left testis and solid nodules in my right testis (dec 28). Before this condition happened, I used to drink whey protein shake and after two weeks of usage I stopped because my semen started to become brownish then I did not continue to use it because I thought it would go back to its original color as time pass by but until now the color of my semen is light green. I have not ejaculated yet since I was diagnosed with this case. Moreover, the nodule in my right testis is starting to become larger as of the moment. I do not feel any pain, vomiting, fever, nausea, feeling of heaviness in my testicles, pain in my abdomen. I'm not sexually active either. My urinalysis suggested that I have an infection in my urine. The MD prescribed ciprofloxacin. The swelling/hardening of my epididymitis to both sides are not yet subsiding. What antibiotic shall I take to cure my epididymitis? Please help. Thanks.

You have several options-
1. Assessment of the cause of having low count and then treat the cause- but it will take time.
2. To find out whether sperms are produced in the testes (which is more likely in your case) and then we can collect those sperms and do icsi

Sir I am 26, male. I have developed epidydimoorchitis 2 years back and is cured. Recently I got intense pain after masturbation and consulted doctor. Scan shows bilateral hydrocele. My urologist put me on antibiotics viz levoflox, chymoral plus and flotral. He is suggesting to masturbate on alternate days to get rid of infection. I am confused as sometimes erection for long is causing the pain. So is it advisable to do masturbation when on antibiotics?(now I am on week 4 of antibiotics but pain is no longer there).

Dear patient,
firstly, masturbation is not a contraindication with antibiotics therapy.
Secondly, antibiotics therapy is not required so long (4 weeks of antibiotics is not at all advisable).
Thirdly, use (wear) tight underwear all the time so as to have no pain in testis in future.

From the limited information presented here, I understand that some nodule was biopsied and it shows adenocarcinoma which means it's cancer deposit spread from somewhere. Next step in your work up would be pet ct along with tumor markers (cea, ca 19-9, ca 125etc.). Based on these reports further investigations or treatment will be planned.
