Hello-
chronic epididymitis can lead to permanent damage or even destruction of the epididymis and testicle (resulting in infertility and/or hypogonadism), and infection may spread to any other organ or system of the body.

Hello-
chronic epididymitis can be defined as symptoms of discomfort and/or pain at least 3 months in duration in the scrotum, testicle, or epididymis localized to one or each epididymis on clinical examination.
It's less severe than an acute condition. But needs to be treated.

Hello-
epididymal cysts are benign structures commonly seen during urological or ultrasound testicular examinations. They are treated only if symptomatic. If want to start a medicinal treatment and to avoid surgery, better consult an ayurveda specialist.

Hello-
Testicular issues are bit different than rest of the body as your whole fertility depends upon that. Antibiotics and painkillers might subside pain but it wont correct the causative factor of the issue and hence testicles might become some what less functional. It is best to switch to a Ayurveda treatment schedule I want to recover complete without any side effects.
