Hi, my husband sperm count is zero when I went for further treatment it found that chronic epididymitis causing this. My current doctor has given one penicillin injection and will repeat same after 21 days. She is not sure whether it will go completely and I my sperm count will get increase. She has even suggested trial test after a month. Please suggest if my sperm count will be better and this chronic epididymitis is 100% curable. My mri report is as per below. #1. Heterogeneously enlarged bilateral epididymis. #2. Suggested to rule out chronic epididymitis. Thanks.
