My husband has gone through mri scrotum. Please help me to understand what is the issue and how to get rid of this. thank you in advance. Following is the impression: #1. Heterogeneously enlarged bilateral epididymis. #2. Suggested to rule out chronic epididymitis.

Hello- chronic epididymitis can be defined as symptoms of discomfort and/or pain at least 3 months in duration in the scrotum, testicle, or epididymis localized to one or each epididymis on clinical examination. It's less severe than an acute condition. But needs to be treated.
