These small lump like swellings around neck are be ause of cough and cold, not to worry much, but on a safer aspect, I would recommend you to start some medication along side saline water gargles and steam inhalation, also some leading questions are needed to be asked.

an epididymal cyst occurs when the long, coiled tube behind the testicles called the epididymis becomes filled with fluid and can't drain. If the cyst contains sperm, it's known as a spermatocele. This form of testicular lump is very common. It most often resolves on its own.

If the cyst is infected, it is wise to remove it under antibiotic cover.

Aloe is an antibiotic but of milder character.

Hi. Initially for an infected sebaceous cyst, oral antibiotics will be required to decrease the infection and it's size. Then excision will be required with suturing. The cost, number of stitches and recovery period depend on size and location of the cyst.
