Mr. Lybrate-user, I think your grandmother may be having haemorhoids or piles, consultation with a surgeon can rule it out. If that turns out to be negative, she may require a colonoscopy to rule out bleeding from rectum & colon.

• Do not take stress . If you feel stressed then take counseling sessions weekly and you can take anti anxiety drugs prescribed by your physician.
• Do long breathing pranayams to relieve your stress and anxiety. This will relax your mind .
If you feel anxiety or panic take a deep breath and try to focus on main thing.

There are several things you can do :
Avoid alcohol. Normally alcohol in moderation is well tolerated but for people prone to acidity even a small amount of alcohol can cause discomfort.
Avoid smoking. The nicotine in the tobacco affects the opening and closing of the food pipe allowing back flow of the normal stomach acid into the food pipe.
Eat small meals. Instead of 3 big meals, have 5 small meals every 3-4 hours. Eat slowly.

I am surprised H pylori has produced pan gastritis in you. Please start treatment with h pylori kit which the doctor has given to you. I would also like endoscopic biopsy.

Having Sinusitis with Throat Infection with Normal Endoscopy and Throat swab Culture is Normal.
There is no serious disease or condition that you need to worry about.
Your Throat Infection might be due to sinusitis because there is continuous post nasal drip (secretions from posterior part of your nose reach throat and cause irritation of throat)
