Hello-
an epididymal cyst is a harmless fluid-filled growth on a man's testicle (testis). They are quite common and don't usually require treatment. Many men feel them and are concerned they have testicular cancer, but a doctor can usually tell the difference.

Hello-
chronic epididymitis can be defined as symptoms of discomfort and/or pain at least 3 months in duration in the scrotum, testicle, or epididymis localized to one or each epididymis on clinical examination.
It's less severe than an acute condition. But needs to be treated.
