Orchitis in mumps is very common. No need to undergo any form of surgery. Continue with the antibiotic which is prescribed or will be advised after looking at urine culture report. A scrotal support is very very helpful. Wear that. Also as it is a viral infection, it will subside with body immunity. So maintain good nutrition.
