Hi. My penis is very dry, itchy from a few months and having lot of white dots, should I see a dermatologist or urologist? The skin irritates me a lot whole day and on touch it feels full of dryness. There are more female dermatologist in my city, is it ok to get it checked from them? Does it require a physical examination?
