Hello doctors, I have observed a lump on my foreskin just below the tip of my penis. There's lot of itching in the region due to it. Theres a black spot on top of the lump however I did not witness pain earlier, I have observed minor pain on that area. Please advise if I need to see a doctor or try to resolve. If needed to talk. Please suggest to me.
