You need to increase fibrous food content in your diet. The amount of water should also be increased. Atleast 8glasses of water you should consume. Feeling hungry after 3-4 hrs is normal. There is no harm in that but have healthy foods.

Hi. Binge eating happens due to low energy levels. Try to start with good protein based breakfast that's low in sugar like multi grain roti. eggs. paneer sprouts upma etc
Have some handful of roasted chana or nuts at around 6.00pm. Eat ur dinner by 8.00 inspite of this if u have cravings Have seasonal fruit of ur choice.

It seems you are having stomach infection. Take soft meal in your diet. You can add khichri/ moong day with chapati/ vegetable rice khichri/ clear soups etc. For 1-2 days try to avoid fried and heavy meal during the day. Before sleep take soup or plain dal. As well avoid raw food like cucumber/ fruits like apple and anar. You can have banana if you want. If doesn't get relief you should consult immediately to a physician.

2.avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.
3.drink water a half hour before meals. 4.choose good food go outside
5.eat soluble fiber.
6.drink herbal tea in place of coffee or tea.
7.eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.
8.eat your food slowly.
9. Do exercise everyday.
10. Don't over eat and don't feasting.
