Hi. Binge eating happens due to low energy levels. Try to start with good protein based breakfast that's low in sugar like multi grain roti. eggs. paneer sprouts upma etc Have some handful of roasted chana or nuts at around 6.00pm. Eat ur dinner by 8.00 inspite of this if u have cravings Have seasonal fruit of ur choice.
