The syrups being given are to reduce the behaviour problems and won't directly improve the speech. Consult a child psychiatrist for proper doing of the same. Only intensive ot and speech therapy would improve the outcome in the parameters you mentioned, medications will help him being receptive to the same. Good luck.

If it is mild autism-child can be improved very well by training under specially trained trainers and sometimes—can attain better skills than a normal child-be happy; confident and take special care of the child-wishes for complete recovery of your child.

Hello ma'am, sidozon contains resperidone which is generally prescribed for schizoprenia patients. Its not really suitable to give it to a autism kid. Its not a proper prescription.
