Since childhood suffering from cerebral palsy spastic type but for last few years I am having more stiffness, tightness causing pain i in joints lower back si joint, knee and ankle area and also experience muscle weakness and fatigue even after doing daily routine activities I am getting temporary relief after taking physiotherapy and muscle relaxant cum pain killer medication wants to know exact causes of my problem existing spasticity issue, arthritis spa or any other neurological muscular problem? For last 3 months am taking saaz 500 bd but don’t get any relief or improvement. Pls advice which doctor or treatment should I follow ,take to get the relief?
