Hi sir my baby boy is 4 years old, he is not understanding wt we are telling, and speech also delay not speak more than two letters word, but try to speak wt we said, when he's interested, his iq is good we think because he tells alphabet s, numbers and also recognises colors, doctors are saying mild autism, please help me is it curable.
