after barrage laser there is no problem in enjoying life
but yes after lasik laser, I would recommend you to stay away from water sports for atleast 1 month.

lasik is very good option to get rid of glasses
Doctor will perform few tests (Schirmer test, Pentacam and Fundus examination) and if all tests are normal then you can go for lasik surgery without fear.
Success rate of LASIK is over 96%. Side effects may vary from minimal like mild dryness, DALK, haloes, glare to severe like infection (very rare).
Precaution include:
a. Avoid face/head wash for 1 week

At this age there is no option
keep consulting your ophthalmologist every 6 months for general eye examination as this number may change with age.

1. I am sorry but there is no treatment 2. You may use antioxidant tablet including zinc, selenium etc. To prevent progression

at this age, even after lasik, you would require glasses for near vision.
i think only way to get rid of glasses is multifocal lens
