Overthinking problem is not very rare. Meditation can solve that but it is most difficult to meditate in this situation.
Solution: 1. Take warm cow ghee or sadbindu oil (baidyanath) (if ghee is not available) at the time of sleeping two drops in each nasal for atleast 30 days
2. Read books
3. Don't take cold water
after 7 days you will feel better for sure.
You will be cured 100%. Don't worry dear.

The paranoid delusions which you describe can be due to the illness itself or medications (rarely). By dictum delusions cannot be argued with and overcome, it has to be treated with medications to gradually reduce the paranoia. Consult a psychiatrist for remedy. Good luck.

Hi please consult a therapist and doctor, who can find out if you have other issues or symptoms also for insomnia. Before sleep meditate for 5-10 min, take a walk and use your bed only to sleep not for watching tv, mobile etc. Try to calm yourself, try to have thought free mind. All these you will have practice slowly and it will work.
If need further help can connect me on private chat.
Thanks.

Sorry madam no,
but I fear that you might suffer from benzodiazepine dependence which might severely impact your memory in year to come. Please consult a psychiatrist (in person and not teleconsultation) to get detoxification and further treatment.

Hi lybrate-user,
it is always important to find out the route cause of the problem, as in your case as you have mentioned that is happening from last 2 years, which means earlier things were fine with you. Please try to analyse what has changed in that period which has impacted you badly, try to accept it and move on if you cannot change. Life is not about staying at one movement. There will be so many positive things around you which might be ignoring start finding those. Start appreciating...more
