Yes continue medicine which your are taking but with proper management which doctor given you. It may take time to heal. If no improvement then visit again to your doctor. About surgery, surgery has many side affect as well as it can be recurrent.

Removing tumor is like cutting one stem of a tree.
Until and unless the roots are not cut it will grow back.
My suggestion is to take proper homoeopathic treatment.

There are the following ways to treat syringoma: medication or surgery.
Medication. Small drops of trichloroacetic acid applied to syringomas makes them shrivel and fall off after a few days. Surgery..laser removal. Electric cauterization.
