chronic epididymitis can be defined as symptoms of discomfort and/or pain at least 3 months in duration in the scrotum, testicle, or epididymis localized to one or each epididymis on clinical examination.
It's less severe than an acute condition. But needs to be treated.

hydrocele does not need an operation or drain. It can be corrected completely by medicines in ayurveda. Since you have already went through a surgical procedure, its best to switch now to ayurveda for post surgical complications.
