No any tab good or bad.
The tablet which suits you n your bp is maintained is good for you.
Only tab heardly work you have to control your diet, change lifestyle, add excercise simplest is brick walk 40 min, five days a week.
Listen every tablet have some or more side effects, so you can't change every medicine two months or so.
Better to consult your doctor, because your treating doctor must know which tab you have stop, or switch on.

It is not good to switch between 2 classes of drugs. Moreover any drug will take a few days to fully have its effect. A dose adjustment of the same drug is better if required. If the drugs have been recently started please keep a daily chart so dose can be modified accordingly. Do reach out with more details.
