it is good that your blood pressure is normal throughout the day tthe fact that at night the diastolic is reaching 90 is cause for concern. However, at this stage, medication may not be required. You can try lifestyle modifications-diet, meditation and exercise for 3 months and see if your blood pressure is regulated. Do contact if you need help with that.

please do life style modifications.
Do brisk walking daily at least 30 minutes daily.
Avoid sweets and all fatty foods.
Use tata lite salt in salad and fruits.
Drinks plenty of water daily.

First of all, this condition is most likely not normal. Difference between two arms upto 10 mmhg is tolerable, and even 20 mmhg according to some studies. But in your case difference is significant to raise a concern. It might be due to peripheral artery disease or some other arterial diseases. But diagnosis can't be made without some important tests. Usually in most cases, the difference is not more than +/- 5 to10 mm Hg but it entirely depends on the apparatus being used and whether the cuff is tied appropriately or not.

Listen no any relationship between liver n platelet count. One is organ of g I t, other in blood.
Liver produce bile n other. Add citrus fruits means lemon, orange mausambi gooseberry kiwi. Slowly it increase your platelet.
Diet must be changed other wise liver enzyme raised. Best is consult a diatician once only they give you chart.

The blood pressure naturally increases during winter.
Because in winter there is generalised vasoconstrictions of blood vessels.
Further there is body inactivity compared to summer.
Food intake also increases during winter.
There is usually 25 % increase in dosage of anti hypertensive drugs.
