No problem. It's due to little little regular problem in body. No any separate treatment for esr to low.
Change life style n diet. Add walk. Diet light but healthy home made food. Add citrus fruits like orange mausambi kiwi gooseberry.
Dry fruits, almond 8-10 soaked in night, + apricot one. Peal almond n take both in breakfast. Chew very finely.

Hi,
its normal to have 5-7 days menstrual bleeding at your age. However, you can have a check if there is any excess bleeding. You can have both coffee and green tea. Anything warm gives symptomatic relief during that phase. Any kind of mild exercise or walking is good enough during periods.

there is no medical standard for how long it should take a man to ejaculate. Ejaculation is considered premature if it occurs before both partners are satisfied. But please note, it takes at least 15 minutes to induce orgasmic responses for most women.
