less sleep can definitely affect your blood pressure and lack of sleep can make you dizzy. For exam preparation, you must get at least 5 hours of sleep at noght and from 12 to 5 am. You may make up the resy n naps during the day. However, do not continue this for too long. I would advise you to measure your blood pressure three times daily to check for any fluctuations, which could alos be making you dizzy. As for good health, a balanced diet rich in fruits vegetables ad protein, al...more
