Hello-
it's normal for guys to have one testicle a bit bigger than the other. A normal size difference is about the size of half a teaspoon —and usually the right testicle is larger than the left. In your case it sounds like something is going on and you need to see a doctor.

Hello-
a mild swollen testicle after an injury is common and often goes away after a few days. However, large, or sudden swelling should be immediately treated, as it may point to a more serious underlying condition.

Hello-
It is entirely normal for one testicle to be bigger than the other. Many people find that the right testicle is slightly larger and the left hangs lower. A difference in size is usually nothing to worry about, though it can occasionally indicate a problem.

Hello-
an undescended testicle increases the risk of infertility (not being able to have children), testicular cancer, hernias and testicular torsion (twisting). An empty scrotum also can cause significant psychological stress as the boy gets older. For these reasons, early treatment is very important.

Hello. Being an ophthalmologist I can assure you that the vaccine won’t have any serious implications in ocular mg. Still I would advise you to consult a neurophysician for the same to be on the safe side before getting vaccinated.
Hope this helps.
