Is it normal to have left testicle bigger than right. Usually right is slightly bigger then left but in my case its vice versa.

Hello- it's normal for guys to have one testicle a bit bigger than the other. A normal size difference is about the size of half a teaspoon ?and usually the right testicle is larger than the left. In your case it sounds like something is going on and you need to see a doctor.
