Normal weight your weight and age is 57 kgs. I suggest you to eat healthy. Avoid fried food, avoid processed food. Add eggs to your diet. Add more of fruits and green vegetables to your diet. Have more of lentils and legumes. Replace white rice to brown rice. Have I to 10glasses of water in a day.

Stomach kam karne ke liye aapko balanced diet leni hogi. You should follow healthy diet. Eat food in calories deficit balancing your macros and micros, cut your sugar intake, avoid fried food, avoid refined food add whole grain food to your diet, add beans, legumes, more of fruits and green vegetables to your diet, replace white rice to brown rice, drink detox water, increase your water intake.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Since you have restricted diet, thatâs why you have cravings. All foods are good and bad also. It is important what you eat n at what time you eat. Generally we do not take breakfast as we are in a hurry in the morning. This is wrong because we have our dinner 8-10 pm n bfast 8-10 am. So roughly 10-12 hours of fasting.
