Normal weight your weight and age is 57 kgs. I suggest you to eat healthy. Avoid fried food, avoid processed food. Add eggs to your diet. Add more of fruits and green vegetables to your diet. Have more of lentils and legumes. Replace white rice to brown rice. Have I to 10glasses of water in a day.

Stomach kam karne ke liye aapko balanced diet leni hogi. You should follow healthy diet. Eat food in calories deficit balancing your macros and micros, cut your sugar intake, avoid fried food, avoid refined food add whole grain food to your diet, add beans, legumes, more of fruits and green vegetables to your diet, replace white rice to brown rice, drink detox water, increase your water intake.
