Doc mera weight 125 kg hai age 35 hai. Mein kaise kam karu yeh btaye agar mein walk krta hu to nerves kampne lgti hai nervousness hoti hai. Body jaise vibrate kr rahi ho. Stress bhi jaldi hota hai. Koi exercise kru to muscle cramps pad jate hai. Jalan hone lgti hai muscles pe aur heartbeat bhi fast ho jati hai. Test sabhi thik hai. Bahut medicine li but fark nhi pda. Abhi mein patanjali ki medicine le rha hu sath mein neurobin forte. please btaye mein kya karu. Wight bhi kaise kam kru.
