It is not clear whether 250 is Fasting sugar or PP Sugar or Random Sugar. Please confirm this and post separately. It is best to visit a dietician and take a proper plan based on your Sugar readings + Any other problem that you may be facing.

Yes you use ghee but in very small amount about one tea spoon ful daily because ultimately it will be converted into glucose and will give you more than double the calory of one tsf sugar moreover it will increase your cholesterol which is a rsk factor fot ischemic heart disease.

Hello, thanks for the query. Blood glucose 160 to 220 mg (fasting or PP not mentioned) is high. Ideally fasting should be < 100 mg, PP around 160 to 180 mg & HbA1 c % < 7. Since there's no mention about drugs being taken, extent of exercise, present dietary pattern, there's no way to suggest any diet. Please avoid sweets, deep fried foods, pastries, junk foods, bakery items and foods made from maida.
Increase intake of green leafy vegetables and salads & fruits.

Leg Pain If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.
