Don't worry its called dry socket. N it's quite normal with some patients after extraction. Plss visit your dentist who did your treatment and meanwhile plsss don't touch that area. He vl treat the condition and it will subside within a few weeks.

Change your regular toothpaste with flouride releasing toothpaste, brushing twice daily after applying an leaving the toothpaste for 5 minutes before rinsing and not eating for half hour is good enough for effect of toothpaste to take place. Avoid taking acidic beverages (coffee, tea, carbonated drinks), coloured food items and citric food directly, if unavoidable take them along with great meal of day like during breakfast lunch or dinner.
