Consult your dentist who will do clinical examination and check if the filling has some "High Points" or the decay has progressed into the pulp. Depending on this either the High Points of the filling will be grounded or Root Canal Treatment may be advised to you.

Many time a file get separated. ....nothing to worry...yes we need to see if pain remains or subsides....it is difficult to say if the file is completely sealing the canal....so few cases pain may persist which Wil require removal of tooth...but many times pain subsides and we can fill the tooth with the file piece in place....it won't harm in any way...

U have different kinds of restorative cements and cost also varies from doctor to doctor as material cost are differe from company to company and it depends on doctor wat he suggest which material he is using and last not least important thing Depends on condition of cavity and depth and area of decay of teeth it has to be analysed clinical.

you can wait and watch... for some more time see if pain persists on that tooth...if doesnt then.. g/o ahead with permanent filling.. there is a chance that tooth mig/ht g/o for root canal treatment if pain persists even after permanent filling/.. there is no g/uarantee as when pain would come back...but if there is no pain..n/o ahead with permanent filling/...you mig/ht need a root canal in two months 6 months or eig/ht months perhaps a year...

Yes root canal is a safe module in pragnancy. But extraction may be harmful. Just o for root canal treatment. Medications you r taking is harmful to your foetus at this time. Avoid medications and go for root canal at your nearby dentist.

As per your symptoms you need rct followed by crown that can be confirmed by xray.
Start salt water rinse and avoid food lodgement.
Visit your dentist before your tooth becomes unrestorable.
