Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Hello! there is no such thing like best toothpaste. Any branded toothpaste is good to use.
Only thing matters is brushing twice daily and rinsing after meals.
I ll recommend sensodyne repair and protect for gums and teeth.

Hello! if the tooth has been lost, then yes definitely there will be consequences like the other adjacent teeth will try to occupy that space as our teeth have a natural tendency to migrate into empty spaces.
This can cause malalignment of teeth and further can cause oral hygiene problems.

Your experience of temporary anaesthesia or paraesthesia after an atraumatic surgical wisdom teeth removal will certainly subside.
90% of lingual nerve injuries are temporary and gets better soon.
Any functional deficits like speech and mastication difficulties, tongue and cheek biting, taste dysfunction are the symptoms of permanent lingual nerve injury which you don’t have. So ignore it for now.

Limited opening can be due to your erupting molars on both sides that can cause pain.
- the gum over the molars can incorporate food particles and may cause pain due to infection under the gum. You need to get it cleaned thouroughly either by getting the gum over tooth removed or the tooth itself.
- do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day to keep that area clean.
- limited opening can be due to the chewing of pan, that causes the mouth to become stiff. Practice mouth opening exercises....more

Cloves work good but shudnt be taken too regularly. However you shud consult a dentist for bad odour which is mostly due to gum disease.
