Dengue fever is a viral fever, typically fever will last 5 to 7 days. Continue crocin sos, keep her well hydrated. Sometimes dengue can cause bleeding manistation, however its not to alarm you but to keep you informed, to lookout if she gets bleeding gums, or bleeding from nose or other sites. Hi although dengue is a dangerous disease if it is properly managed with enough fluids it can be treated easily.
Since it is a viral disease no drug can completely treat it but with time body's own immunity kills all the virus.
There are some ways you can increase platelets naturally so as to prevent internal bleeding cause if platelets decrease below 20-30,000 then the disease becomes very vicious to treat.
