All these symptom shows that 'Pitta' of your body got disturbed. So, take care of few things. Avoid: Sour food ( lemon, soar grapes , tamarind etc. ) , Spicy food.
Include: Take a glass of fennel seed water ( soak 1 spoon fennel in a glass of water at night, heat it once , cool down and consume as first thing in the morning. Also chew 1 spoon fennel seeds after every meal.
Don't leave yourself empty stomach , take freshly home prepared food or snacks in every 2 to 3 hours.
