All these symptom shows that 'Pitta' of your body got disturbed. So, take care of few things. Avoid: Sour food ( lemon, soar grapes , tamarind etc. ) , Spicy food.
Include: Take a glass of fennel seed water ( soak 1 spoon fennel in a glass of water at night, heat it once , cool down and consume as first thing in the morning. Also chew 1 spoon fennel seeds after every meal.

its due to weakness.. you are not taking healthy diet...
eat healthy diet including green veges and fresh fruits...... take all dairy products in diet....... eat nuts daily for energy..... you can eat dark chocolate because it is good source of energy...
include protein in diet because it is needed for daily activities.....

Eat balanced food,go for a walk,ensure atleast 8 hours of sleep,drink plenty of water,get your thyroid levels and sugar levels checked.
