hello.... its due to weakness.. you are not taking healthy diet... eat healthy diet including green veges and fresh fruits...... take all dairy products in diet....... eat nuts daily for energy..... you can eat dark chocolate because it is good source of energy... include protein in diet because it is needed for daily activities..... for medicine you can consult me online ... tc
