Hello doctor, hope you are doing well! I am writing to seek your help and consultation in my grandmother’s case. She has been admitted to a hospital in bathinda for treatment on 15th february 2020 right after she collapsed. After consultation with 3 different doctors, we are transferring her from one hospital to another. First doctor told us that she has fluid in her lungs and she needs oxygen, so he referred her to a private hospital to put her on ventilator. She was on ventilator for 2 days, then after ct scan that doctor referred her to another doctor who is a lungs specialist. He removed her from ventilation and put her in icu. While she was in icu, she had paralysis attack at night on 17th february 2020. Doctors told us that situation is under control, but she does’t look fine. They are feeding her through pipe. The doctors in bathinda shifted her to the normal ward and last night she had great difficulty in breathing. We live in malout (punjab) and I believe that frequent travelling is causing her harm. I really trust the doctors in pgimr and I just need your opinion on the reports we have, as we believe that we are being misled.

Hello user.
I can understand your confusion and fear.
They are very natural.
But in such cases reports only are not enough and actual patient examination is very much required.
Better consult a local doctor for second opinion.

Cns lymphoma is different from other types of lymphoma. That is because very few drugs that are useful in other types of lymphoma can reach the brain. A network of membranes known as the blood brain barrier is meant to protect the brain from toxins, but also "protects" the brain from drugs such as chemotherapy.
Survival without treatment was on average only 1 to 3 months. Outcomes have improved significantly over the last few decades, and new treatments are being actively studied in clinical...more
