Dear lybrate-user
your levels are quite high (normal 65-70). These levels can put you at risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and of course serious liver disease. Also you smoke. Eggs as a whole contain nutrients such as vitamin D, biotin, and protein. Egg yolk does contain cholesterol but if your lipid levels are normal and you exercise regularly then consuming one whole egg throughout the day does not raise your LDL levels. But, the way you consume the egg matters, if you cook it with butter or add cheese or lot of oil for frying then that poses a risk for increase in LDL levels.
