I had 6 pills of diane 35 and stopped it got withdrawal bleeding for a week after that I had started it again from the 7th pill. Now I've bought a new pack and will have 6 more pills from the new pack and then again stop it. If I continue taking it like this then will it be a problem? Please let me know soon.

I am 22 years old ,weight 45. 3 kg height 5'3 I don't have thyroid I am having polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). I starting observing facial hair and acne on face. My periods are regular coming after every 21 days. I think I am on initial stage so I don't want this to increase. I started yoga as well. What should I eat and what should I avoid? What I should do? I am 26 yrs. Last 3-4 years I had PCO occasionally but 6 months I was not taking any medicine. Yesterday in my usg it is showing again PCOM buy left ovary volume is 6.1 cc where right ovary volume is 23 cc. Is it dangerous? Any surgery is needed for it? I have been diagnosed PCOS. Doctor has advised to take metformin. Fasting insulin is 24 and fasting sugar 100. I am worried body will get used to metformin so I do not want to take it. I am ready to exercise and stop sweet intake. Will this be enough? I am overweight by 10 kg based on my bmi. Please help.

Your fasting insulin and sugars are also on the higher side .it's better to take metformin. Once things are in control it could be tapered and stopped.
