Is her tsh under control. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

I have seen the details given. Her tsh level is definitely lower than lab limit mentioned. Hence, it is better if dosage is reduced by 12.5 mcg to 112.5 mcg per day. Please remember after reducing the dosage (after every dosage change) there is need to check thyroid profile after 6 to 8 weeks to see if the desired change is achieved.
