Social distancing; mask -properly wearing and good open ventilation of areas where you stay and move about about are most important as the infectivity is very high in this variant—repeated hand washing also is equally important. Daily steam inhalation; warm saline gargle and drinking 12-15 glasses of warm water -boiled with ayurveda herbs and leaves may give some benefit-at least by improving confidence of the person—which will improve immune status of the person.

It may be unrelated to covid. Maybe you had hypertension and you didn't know it. If you regularly measured it and you have seen this bp for the first time, then let the covid phase pass by. Then measure thenp to take any action.

Hello lybrate-user
studies regarding covid affecting menstrual cycle are still evolving but in clinical practice I have come across many women who have encountered irregularities in menstrual cycle after getting covid. No need to worry as these symptoms disappear over the time. Abdomen pain can be due to many reasons. Based on the brief history it's not possible to get conclusions. Hope this helps you better.

Dear lybrate-user
it is best to get a cardiovascular and respiratory checkup in person. A pft, ecg, x-ray ,cbc, 6 minute walk test should be done.
Take care.
