Go for the rtpcr test just 2 days before boardi g the flight for abroad. Everyone doesn't need a covid negative report to get out of isolation. But you will need one to go abroad.

In all probability your test should be negative now.in some cases, the rtpcr may still be positive even after so long.

Your symptoms are similar to typical post covid symptoms. Some of these symptoms would go away in coming days. As your weight is above normal range, it is advisable to focus upon reducing weight. Please do not worry about ecg findings. These have limited value in isolation and need to be clinically correlated. It does not seem an issue in my opinion.
