Dear lybrateuser,
- It is healthy to use sunflower oil as it has low saturated fats & has vit E which acts as an antioxident
- limit its intake to 3-4 teaspoon a day as it is high in calories & will increase weight if not used sparingly.

Hello,

All are good if you take them in restricted quantities.
Different oils have different benefits, but all contribute to same calories.
The way oil is used matters more than type of oil used.
Avoid deep frying.
