Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Diet in pregnancy should be rich in folic acid, iron and calcium. You should also focus on all fruits except Papaya (whether raw or riped), Jamun and Pineapple, as these 3 fruits are consists of an degenerative enzymes that promotes the growth retardation of foetus. The food which we ate from outside restaurants and thela like noodle,egg role,pakora,pao vaji,etc are called junk food..avoid this food..u can take noodles by making it in ur home..u can take any home made food..take lots of green veggies...lots of fruits..nuts..plenty of water...regular walking...

Eat lots of fish green vegetables and fruits, Wholegrain, pulses are some excellent sources of fiber. Make sure you are drinking lots of water along, as only fiber without water can make you severely constipated.
