Dear lybrate-user, Diet in pregnancy should be rich in folic acid, iron and calcium. You should also focus on all fruits except Papaya (whether raw or riped), Jamun and Pineapple, as these 3 fruits are consists of an degenerative enzymes that promotes the growth retardation of foetus.
